EAC Expo in Stuttgart

The European Automotive Component Expo, that took place in the brand new trade fair centre of Stuttgart on May 6, 7 and 8, is one of the most important show of the sector for components and testing services.

CTAG participated to this event together with CEAGA and IGAPE with the purpose to gain positions internationally building new contacts and presenting its current capabilities and Know-How.

The Cluster Car presented in Stuttgart has proved itself again as a great communication and promotional tool for the Galician automotive sector.

CTAG actively collaborated to the Vehicle Dynamics Technology Forum holding a conference on its Integral Chassis Control project.
An innovative approach to vehicle state observation was presented, using an extended Kalman filter with full-vehicle multibody models. This will allow not only for more comprehensive and accurate knowledge of the current state of the vehicle, but also to compute optimized combined actuations of the different chassis control systems being part of the Integral Chassis Control approach, like ESP, Active Steering, Torque Vectoring, Active Roll Control and Active Damping.
